Outstanding! Tesla referred me to them and they jumped right on it. Dead car needed to be towed to Tesla was the issue. Truck arrived promptly, and the driver knew what he was doing. He called for backup (it was in an apartment garage) and between them both it was on the truck. No easy task. All the time they were patient, responsive and happy to help.Real Pros at RJB!

We lost a tire on a boat trailer on 95 and Mario and Renato provided expert service by quickly loading the boat on a flatbed transferring it to a long-haul flatbed at their shop. They then hauled the boat to a boat launch, rescuing us from a very difficult situation for a reasonable price

RJB is the best towing service in Westchester. They are kind, compassionate, and helpful. I broke down with a boat trailer, with a boat on the trailer. It was a very complicated tow to say the least. Suffice as to say, it involved a flatbed stacked with a trailer and a boat, a 100 mile trip, and getting the boat into the water without a working trailer. Renato went out of his way to find to solve a series of seemingly overwhelming problems. Mario enthusiastically drove the tow truck far from his usual route. Anyone would be lucky to find these guys if they are in a jam!

While the driver showed up in timely manner he refused to help me by either changing my spare tire or towing it to get my tire fixed. It had a huge nail that punctured it and he told me it was perfectly safe to drive it myself. When I got to mavis they told me it was dangerous to control to drive it because if I hit some sort of speed bump the tire could blow. Needless to say I was disappointed by this company and I will be contacting my insurance company to inform them of this. I was lucky to get to the tire shop but things could have gone differently. He was no help and no one called to follow up with me at all.

This tow company is very good. The dispatcher was very professional on the phone. Henry was the driver who picked me up & he was very nice from beginning to the end. He made sure to get me & my grandson on the truck safely from oncoming traffic. He got us to our destination in a timely fashion. He is a very good driver. I recommend this company if you need to be towed.
